On 21 November 2008 the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet in Canberra, Australia recorded the request of the Members of the Australian Community from The Emperor QEUMARS to invite The Emperor and Empress of Japan and to invite the Constitutional Monarchs from around the world to Australia. The Australian Community Members’ request from The Emperor QEUMARS published with the Daily Telegraph Newspaper in Public Notices section to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. The Emperor QEUMARS responded Australia is not His homeland, though as to the wish of the Members of the Community He would initiate the Royal Invitations only for the gathering of Nations in Australia and only by the permission of the Australian Nation. |
